This was a whole home makeover. This old farmhouse had been added onto several times over the years and the layout was like a giant hot dog. To make it more exciting, every single room had a different flooring type and it almost resembled walking through a fun house.
We came in with our design team to completely rethink how this house functioned and looked. With a rustic chic style in mind to maintain the integrity of a traditional farmhouse, we gutted everything down to the studs.
We replaced every single major mechanical (plumbing, HVAC, and electric) and gave the house a much needed makeover. We relocated the stairs to the center of the home and opened up every single wall to re-purpose the space so everything felt more open.
